How to Make Carrot Puttu (Easy Method):
Ingredients:

1 cup Carrot Puttu Podi

Water (as needed)

Salt to taste

Grated coconut for layering
Instructions:

Prepare the Flour:
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of Carrot Puttu Podi and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle water little by little while mixing with your hand until the flour is evenly moistened and crumbly. -
Rest & Layer:
Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. In a puttu maker, layer grated coconut and the carrot-flour mix alternately until the cylinder is filled. -
Steam:
Steam for 5–7 minutes or until cooked through. The cooked puttu will have a light orange hue and soft, fluffy texture. -
