Vepilakatti: One of the authentic and forgotten recipes of Kerala. It is dish of Palakkad Kerala. It is a healthy spicy accompaniment made up of lime leaves, curry leaves, roasted red chilli, garlic, tamarind and hing. This tastes heavenly with rice and curd. It can be replaced with our traditional accompaniment i.e: pickles. It aids in digestion. Perfect combination with Dosa, Idli or curd rice.
